COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Martens Elektronik DP9648-1-0-2-54 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metropolitan-Lighting products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metek-Drexelbrook parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Max-Air product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metropolitan-Lighting such as the N6245355 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RXL30 manufactured by Metek-Drexelbrook and we are pleased to be able to service most Metek-Drexelbrook systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UT16 by Manufacturer Max-Air as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Switch Brand 141PC15G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Masoneilan such as 2113121 equipment made by Masoneilan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Masoneilan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Masoneilan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available V461T made by Matsuhita-National as well as the popular CMF025H521NU original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AT310 by Metal-Defender and 2113121 spares by Masoneilan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HTBRM133 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mdc. |
